Across the metro area, January's average sale price is up 2.6% compared to December's average sale price, $471,365 vs $459,596 respectively. In comparison to the same time last year, the average sale price is up 8.8%. Notice YTD homes pending is up double digits. This is due January's mild winter compared to the snows of last year. I'm sure we'll see that number translate into double digits gains in homes sold next month.
